Mount Moriah #39 started its existence in 1948 at Davis Camp, (near the present-day location of Laughlin, NV), but when the membership declined after the completion of the Davis Dam project, moved its charter to Henderson in 1953.
Today, Mount Moriah #39 shares this beautiful building with Silver Cord #51 and Dhahran Daylight #55, as well as with Eastern Star, Grotto, York Rite bodies, and Rainbow Girls. In the photo below, the glass-walled wing on the right is the dining room/social hall, and the Lodge room is to the left.
