Rocky Mountain Masonic Conference 2026

The Rocky Mountain Masonic Conference (RMMC) was formed on February 22, 1952. Initially, it was comprised of the following Jurisdictions: Colorado, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. The first meeting of the RMMC was held in Casper, Wyoming on July 11-12, 1952.

Over the years the RMMC expanded its membership to add Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and Nebraska.

The sitting Grand Master and Grand Secretary of the host jurisdiction serve as the President and Secretary of the Conference, the Vice President is the officer who will be Grand Master of the host jurisdiction the following year. The official delegates and voting members of the Conference are composed of the elective officers of the respective Grand Lodges. However, any Master Mason from the member jurisdiction or one that is in amity with the member jurisdictions is welcome to attend.

    12:00 PM: Lunch
    1:30 PM: Afternoon Presentations
    5:00 PM: Cocktails (No-host bar)
    6:30 PM: Conference Banquet

    Saturday, July 18

    6:00 AM: Breakfast
    7:30 AM: Reconvene
    9:30 AM: Panel Discussion: The Lodge as a Third Place
    11:00 AM: Election of Officers, Passing the Gavel, and Closing

    REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JULY 7, 2026
    To ensure an accurate headcount for catered events, all attendees must register.

    A discounted group rate of $149 per night is available. All meetings will take place on-site. We have secured 15 rooms at this rate for Wednesday, July 15, and 10 rooms for Saturday, July 18, for those wishing to extend their stay.
